Sogility's Art of Soccer

This class is designed to focus on one specific aspect of soccer. Whether that is striking the ball correctly or passing the ball with correct technique, it should focus on a very specific skill, and not a generic “defending skill” or “attacking skill”. 

Maximum for this class should be 10-12. The key is to keep it small so that each player’s development is prioritized. The coach's focus should be on correcting players, and not so much the repetition. The goal of this class is for players to actually learn the skill after the session.

Attacking & Defending

On the defensive side, we’ll focus on body positioning, timing, and techniques to block, tackle, and contain your opponent. Finishing

Take your goal-scoring ability to new heights in our 50-minute Finishing class! Master the techniques behind powerful and accurate shots from various angles and distances. We’ll focus on key finishing styles like volleys, chips, and driven shots, all while sharpening your composure in front of goal. Whether you’re working on precision or power, this class is perfect for players of any level looking to become more clinical in the attacking third.

Ball Control

Master the art of aerial control in our 50-minute Ball Control class! This focused session will help you confidently receive and manage balls coming from different heights and angles. We’ll work on first-touch technique, body positioning, and using various parts of the body, feet, thighs, chest, to bring the ball down with control and purpose. Whether you're dealing with goal kicks, long passes, or deflections, this class is perfect for players aiming to improve their touch, composure, and decision-making when the ball is in the air.
